Italian membership, open rights-holder consultation

Organisational membership is intended for municipalities, institutions, communities, researchers and citizens based, resident or professionally active in Italy. Consultations, testimonies and research cooperation may also involve people living abroad when they directly concern minorities in Italy. Residence abroad alone does not exclude a rights-holder from being heard.
