Understanding minorities to understand Italy

Minoranze.org is an independent and non-partisan cultural project promoted by the Cattedra della Pace di Assisi. The Observatory studies, documents and monitors national, ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities in Italy.

What the Observatory does

It gathers primary sources, data, personal accounts and public documents; follows legislation, policy, judgments and institutional reports; and organises evidence into dossiers and territorial pathways.

Who it serves

Its resources are intended for local authorities, associations, communities, researchers, students, journalists and anyone seeking verifiable information on minority rights and pluralism.
